SOLEO’s Direct Merchant Referral™ (DMR) Service is implemented as an extension of basic intercept service. DMR is a free call for consumers who dial a business telephone number that has been disconnected and has no referral information. DMR offers the caller options for connection to alternative merchants. Through a revenue-sharing arrangement, the selected alternative merchant pays for the call to be transferred to their business.

SOLEO’s DMR Service provides a comprehensive set of metrics and analytic tools that can be used to manage the service and provide the necessary information for merchant billing.

SOLEO’s Call Transfer Services have been implemented as a carrier-grade service that can be deployed through SOLEO’s hosting facilities. These facilities are networked and integrated with our Pay-Per-Call partners.
